Olivia Penelope Tansil, age 4, passed away on January 26, 2021, after a 20-month battle with pediatric cancer. Olivia was born on March 28, 2016, to parents Blair Allen and Allen Tansil, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Olivia loved to be tickled as well as taking family trips to the pool. Most of all she loved chasing after her big sister and learning everything that she could from her.
Olivia faced pediatric cancer with such strength and resilience which lead to her being affectionately known as “Tough Cookie”. Her bravery is something that inspired everyone around her and even those that heard her story.
Even though she faced plenty of obstacles and challenges that set her apart from her peers in many ways, Olivia always kept her spirits high and her head up.
Olivia was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Rosemary Neal. She is survived by her parents Allen and Blair, sister Aria Tansil, maternal grandmother Connie (Andrew) Cunningham, East Chicago, IN grandfather Jerome Allen, Japan, paternal grandfather Raymond Tansil, East Chicago, IN, aunt Shaquise Tansil, Indianapolis, IN and a host of other family and friends.
Proudly Serving the Communities of Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas.
