Karen Wright

Obituary

Our beloved Karen was born November 29, 1985 in Indianapolis, In. She was the fourth oldest of seven children born to Mr. And Mrs. Kenneth and Laurine Wright.

She was raised in Pike Township and attended Pike High School, where she was a violinist in the orchestra. Karen gave her life to Christ at an early age and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church where she was active in the youth department; participatping in the choir, usher board and dance ministries. Karen also was a member of Asante Children's Theater; a local acting troupe, where she honed her love of singing, dancing and acting.

Karen loved to laugh. She had a laugh that could be heard for miles. She was a true girly girl, she loved to do her hair, nails and makeup. Karen's outgoing personality and adventurous spirit are the qualities that she shared with everyone she met.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters Kriista-Jhanae Wright, Kimora, Kierra and Katherine Williams of Indianapolis, IN. Parents Kenneth and Laurine Wright of Indianapolis, IN. Brothers Kenny (Gina) Wright of Fayetteville, NC, Kelvin (Ashley) Wright and Kadeem Wright of Indianapolis, IN and Kyle Wright of Cleveland, OH. Sisters Krystal (Quinae) Williams of Charlotte, NC and Korrina Wright of Indianapolis, IN. Bonus Sister Lenee Thomas of Marietta, GA. Grandmother Marie H. Wright of Savannah, GA and a host of Aunts, Uncles Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
