Johnny Lamar Quinn, 56, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on September 2, 2017. Johnny was born on February 18, 1961 in South Bend, Indiana to Johnny Quinn and Patsi Gwen Hartz. Some of Johnny’s hobbies included, roller skating, watching football and basketball, cooking; he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren; and hanging out with his buddies in Gateway. He will be sorely missed by many.
Johnny is preceded in death by his mother, Patsi Gwen Hartz; step-father, Eugene Hartz; grandparents, Ruth Starr and Ralph Hackney Sr.; brother, Richard Hartz; grandson, Andre Townsend. He is survived by the love of his life, Darlene Wells; daughters, Tawana Berkley and Shadawn Quinn; step-children, Amon and Lashanda Frison; granddaughters, Jayzeonna and India Smith, Miracle and La’Kyia Townsend, Tieress, Tamiya and Tysharae Jones; grandsons, Taimon Jones and Kynast Frison; great granddaughters, DaRaiya and DaNyra Lane; grandmother, Alma Miller; sisters, Deanna and Dacia Hartz, Carmen (Eddie) Woodson and Kathy Quinn; brothers, Terry Hartz and Ronnie Quinn; three step sisters, seven step brothers and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
