To the Berry Family: Jordan and I are heartbroken to hear of the passing of Sherry; your wife, your mother, the rock and matriarch of your family. it is with tearful sadness that I extend our condolences. Sherry was a pure and beautiful soul. Her smile, laughter and warmth touched the hearts of everyone who knew her. "Ms Berry", as she was called by the many children she loved and cared for, was truly loved and and will be greatly missed. Blessings & love to each of you. Sharmane and Jordan

Please know that you have my thoughts and prayers for the loss of your beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Sherry was also very dear to me, and our time together was far too short. Every opportunity to visit or call and chat was a joy. God blessed me with her friendship. God sent "Ms. Sherry" to the Children's Guardian Home and blessed me as the Home’s Director with her devotion. Sherry was one of the human “guardian angels” that watched over the children AND staff with tender loving care AND tough love. She loved children with a passion and she lived that passion. The children knew she was sincere and that she cared, as did the staff she supervised. Sherry loved her family with fierce devotion. I’ve known many “Mama Bears,” but I’d call Ms. Sherry the “grizzly” of “Mama Bears!” Her family was her nearest and dearest life experience. I’m sure I’m not telling you anything that you don’t know. A great hole has now opened in your lives. Even though I know you realize that she is in Heaven, home with Jesus, hugging her beloved Dee and no longer suffering from the cancer…it will be difficult for you who are left behind to learn to live without her. She filled life with such beauty, energy and joy it’s like a picture in color fading to black and white to think of her being no longer with us. She was one of those unique individuals, a rare gem, irreplaceable. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13 Hugs, "Ms. Rosie"
